I can’t say enough how greatful I am to have found this shop. Greg, his son Grayson and their staff have been nothing short of a blessing. Needed a tow truck and they recommend me to a company they use often and for a cheap price, they arrived ahead of schedule then took my car to One Stop Auto, Grayson checked me in, got my car looked at and got me all the information for the repairs that day when the dealership told me it would be 2 or 3 days, literally went to war for me with my warranty company that unfortunately wouldn’t fold but Greg took it event further with the dealership to get them to take care of me and even extended the factory warranty to accommodate my repairs. Good people are so hard to come by but this shop not only has great people but they have a heart. See Greg and Grayson at One Stop Auto and trust they have your best interests in mind.

Was up in Vegas to spend New Year's with some family, a couple days after getting into Vegas my 2015 Ford Taurus started to get a bit hot and dumping coolant out, called around to a few shops, including dealerships(which was a mistake from the get go), and found One Stop only 7 minutes from my family's house. Obviously they can't diagnose something over the phone and assume that my diagnosis of it being the water pump is accurate, but Greg advised that they would diagnose it and even if it was the water pump that they could fix it, and let me be clear, my car is not like others where the water pump is driven by the belt, it is driven by the timing chain so it is considerably more difficult to replace than other cars. That being said of course I had my doubts because who wouldn't with a major repair like that where the whole engine has to come out. After dropping it off the following Monday they confirmed it indeed was the water pump. He gave me a quote and I said let's do it but he also confirmed with me that they would advise of any other issues found during the process at my request because the car has 154k miles and this is the first kinda major repair it's ever needed. The repair was going to take roughly a week which I was 100% fine with because I had to go on a work trip that week. During the week Greg was great at keeping me updated and also did find a few other issues that needed addressed so I confirmed with him to go ahead and get them done as well. I'm not gonna lie I was hoping to have my car back by Friday at the end of the week but unfortunately some of the parts did take longer to get to him which understandably is not his fault, some parts vendors tend to take awhile, I know this from my own experience with my job. Was able to pick up my car the following week on Monday morning. The final amount yes was a bit pricey due to the extent of the repair BUT it was still a bit lower than what I originally expected so I'd have to say pretty fair on the pricing, and DEFINITELY lower than what the dealer quoted me. Drove my car around Vegas for a few more days with no issues then drove 4 hours back home to Cali and no issues, runs great, no coolant smells, no leaks and a happy customer. If anything changes in the near future I may update my review but as of right now I am very satisfied.

Overall very satisfied with the work done.  My car drives like new.  One minor complaint.  Looks like whoever inspected the cabin filter forced open the glove compartment door to look behind it and broke the 2 tabs that hold it open.  Now it just drops wide open.  I think they thought it was behind the compartment.  You actually have to take the whole unit out to get to it.  I just wish the person would have saved the tabs so I could try to glue them back on.  All in all happy with the work.  Would use them again.

One stop auto its the place to go if you have any problems with your vehicle, Greg it's a really nice guy, he will resolve any issues you have and very knowledgeable, the ambient there feels so nice, all the workers are very respectful and make you feel welcome, It's very difficult to find honest people now days and thank God I found this place, I recommend this autoshop to everyone JUST DONT GET CONFUSED WITH NEXT DOOR GUYS, they are not as good or knowledgeable as One Shop Auto team, so make sure you look out for the signs or ask for Greg and he will take care of you.

Over the course of several years, I have consistently sought his services, and I can attest to his integrity, dependability, and extensive expertise. Without fail, he promptly rectifies any issues with my vehicles, leaving me with no reason to explore alternative options. When he provides a price estimate, it remains unaltered.

On a separate occasion, a friend encountered a malfunction with their car's air conditioning system. Greg accurately diagnosed the problem and promptly resolved it.
